Mirah is a solid timber armchair by the Brazilian designer Jader Almeida, made by Sollos: all wood, the seat included, shown in walnut, his own word for this photograph. It took an iF Design Award in 2013, and the picture is his own post from 2017.

Jader Almeida is a Brazilian designer, born in Santa Catarina, who started in design at sixteen and has run his line for more than two decades. The JADERALMEIDA brand is manufactured by Sollos, a furniture maker at Princesa in Santa Catarina that has built its business around design since 2004, with showrooms across Brazil and in the United States.
